We were very happy with our choice to book Ashley's AirBNB home for our quick visit to St. Augustine. The location wasn't in the historic section, but was only minutes away from anything we wanted to see, and we appreciated not being in the crowds. She was an excellent host with information and communication, and her home was beautiful, clean, and with some very nice extra touches that made us feel welcome. We will definitely book again.

A few months back my cousins and I started looking for a place to take a girls trip and celebrate some life events. We found Ashley’s place, right outside of down town. From booking to check out everything was perfect. Ashley was very responsive. Friday when we checked in and got settled, we ventured down town. Parking was a little hectic, so I reached out for some recommendations and Ashley responded in minutes! The house was super clean and just as the pictures showed! Thank you for such a great experience. If the house is available the next trip we would definitely rebook!

Great stay with Ashley. She was very responsive and made sure to make us feel like we were at home. I loved the look of the home and everything was comfortable. I also really appreciated all the goodies she left for us to use. That is not the norm and it was wonderful to have the option if needed. The only suggestion I would provide would be to possible have an extra floor length mirror in another bedroom or in the living room. It was rough having 6 girls trying to get ready. 🤣

A pump went out in the house while we were there so the toilets did not flush. The plumber and repair people were there practically by the time I sent the message. Ashley immediately sent me money back for any small inconvenience. Considering that it wasn't her fault I was incredibly impressed. The house was very clean and there were some nice snacks and a few sodas if you arrive before you shop. The rooster from down the street was even polite and he and his girlfriend didn't crow until after 8:00 am as the sauntered down the street. I liked the almost rural feeling neighborhood and it was about 8 minutes from all of the museums etc. that my family came to see.I Strongly recommend for the ease of communication with the owner
